🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
🛠 Experience: Minimum 8 years in lifting operations, with at least 5 years in heavy & critical lifts
💼 Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging principles, and crane types
✅ Offshore project experience preferred (Jacket/Topside/Riser Tower Fabrication)
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD for lifting plans
✅ LEEA Membership or equivalent certification
✅ Excellent communication skills in English
