5. Foreman – Structural / Piping
- Supervise structural / piping work teams
- Monitor execution of work
- Ensure work quality and discipline on site
6. ARC Welder
- Perform arc welding on structural / fabrication work
- Ensure welding quality and safety
7. TIG & ARC Welder
- Perform TIG and ARC welding as required
- Handle fabrication and repair jobs
8. Multi Welder
- Perform multiple welding processes as per job demand
- Support fabrication and assembly work
9. Fabricator – Piping
- Fabricate piping components
- Read piping drawings and prepare assemblies
- Oil & Gas experience preferred
10. Plater
- Mark, cut, shape, and assemble metal plates
- Support fabrication work according to drawings
11. Fitter – Structural
- Fit and align structural members
- Support fabrication and erection work
12. Fitter – Piping
- Fit and assemble piping components
- Work as per piping drawings and site requirements
13. Rigger
- Handle lifting, rigging, and load movement safely
- Use rigging gear as per site safety procedures
14. Lead Rigger
- Supervise rigging activities
- Ensure safe lifting operations
- Guide rigging team on site
15. Helper
- Assist skilled workers on site
- Support material handling and general work
16. Labour
- Perform basic site labour activities
- Assist in material shifting and site support work
17. Finishing Carpenter
- Carry out finishing carpentry work
- Install / repair finishing wood elements
18. Block / Plaster Mason
- Perform blockwork and plastering work

Salaries range according to role, starting from 75–90 BHD for Helper and going up to 250–300 BHD for senior technical positions. Duty hours are 10 Hours Fixed for supervisory/office roles and 8 Hours + OT for the remaining trades. Candidates should have relevant experience, valid passport, educational and experience documents, practical trade knowledge, and medical fitness. Oil & Gas / Structural / Piping experience will be preferred for relevant roles.
