📌 Job Role:
1. Scaffolder
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding.
- Install platforms, braces, guardrails, and access systems.
- Ensure scaffolding is stable and safe.
- Follow site safety procedures.
2. Mason
- Perform masonry and general civil work.
- Lay blocks and construction materials.
- Maintain proper alignment, level, and finishing.
- Follow drawing and supervisor instructions.
3. Steel Fixer
- Cut, bend, position, and tie reinforcement steel.
- Install reinforcement according to structural requirements.
- Maintain correct spacing and alignment.
- Follow construction safety standards.
4. SC Carpenter
- Perform shuttering / formwork carpentry activities.
- Prepare and install formwork.
- Measure, cut, and assemble construction components.
- Support concrete structural work.
5. Tile Mason
- Prepare surfaces before tile installation.
- Cut and install floor and wall tiles.
- Maintain correct line, level, spacing, and finishing.
- Perform grouting and finishing work.
6. Construction Helper
- Assist skilled workers.
- Support material handling and site cleanup.
- Carry tools and construction materials.
- Perform basic construction support work.
7. Block / Plaster Mason
- Perform block masonry.
- Prepare and apply plaster.
- Maintain correct wall alignment and surface finishing.
- Carry out repair and finishing work where required.
💰 Salary: 1400 – 1600 AED

A total of 700 positions are advertised across seven trades: Scaffolder, Mason, Steel Fixer, SC Carpenter, Tile Mason, Construction Helper, and Block / Plaster Mason. Each trade has 100 vacancies. Salaries are 1,500 AED for Scaffolder, Mason, Steel Fixer, SC Carpenter, and Tile Mason; 1,400 AED for Construction Helper; and 1,600 AED for Block / Plaster Mason. Duty hours are 10 hours fixed. Accommodation, transportation, kitchen facility, employment visa, and air ticket are provided. The client has indicated Same Day MOL and 3 Day Visa Processing, subject to employer and UAE authority approval.
