Key Responsibilities

System Integration

• Integrate electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including electric motors, Electronic Control Units (ECUs), braking systems, and sensors.

Design & Development

• Develop 3D CAD models and schematic diagrams for electromechanical components, wire harnesses, and structural enclosures.

Testing & Validation

• Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and vehicle testing to ensure system performance, safety, and reliability.

Embedded Systems Calibration

• Program and calibrate embedded software controllers for vehicle dynamics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and thermal management.

Root Cause Analysis

• Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical failures, signal interference, and mechanical wear issues during development and field testing.

Compliance

• Ensure designs comply with automotive safety and quality standards, including ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and IATF 16949.
