✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
- Candidates with India, Gulf, or Singapore Oil & Gas/Petrochemical project experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to join immediately
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) site activities
- Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Client, Project Manager, and Site Engineers
- Plan, monitor, and ensure project completion according to the project schedule
- Conduct and participate in safety, progress, and subcontractor meetings
- Guide and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and daily progress updates
- Resolve technical and site-related issues independently
- Coordinate with E&I Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
