Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5–6 years of dispatch supervision experience in transformer manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good English communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of shop-floor safety
