URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR SAUDI ARABIA PIPE COMPANY (JEDDAH) 
QC ENGINEER – GRP DIVISION
SALARY : 3000 SAR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
INSPECT RAW MATERIALS & FINISHED PRODUCTS
Inspect incoming raw materials (Resins, Rovings, Mat, Chemicals, Catalyst etc.) and finished GRP pipes & fittings as per COA, Quality Plan and ASTM standards.
CONDUCT & MONITOR QC TESTING
Perform and monitor in-process and final tests including Dimensional, Visual, Barcol Hardness, Hydrostatic, Mechanical tests as per relevant ASTM/BS/AWWA standards.
MAINTAIN RECORDS & ENSURE COMPLIANCE
Maintain all QC records, test reports and inspection reports.
Coordinate and handle third party inspections & certification audits (FM, NSF, ISO, SASO). Ensure testing machines are calibrated and safety & cleanliness are followed.

MUST HAVE
Strong knowledge of GRP Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing Process
Good understanding of ASTM Standards & QC Testing
Hands-on experience in Raw Material Inspection & Product Testing
Record keeping, documentation & audit handling

QUALIFICATION
B.E/B.TECH
CHEMICAL ENGINEERING OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5-7 YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE IN GRP PIPE & FITTINGS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
