QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

POSITION DETAILS
- Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience: Must have experience in Curtain Walls, Doors & Windows
- Pass Type: S Pass
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: Below 35 years old
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Basic Salary: SGD 3,000–5,000/month
- Housing Allowance: Self
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8 days off per month
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in Quantity Surveying for curtain walls, aluminium doors and windows
- Relevant construction QS experience is mandatory
- Candidates with Singapore experience are preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Must be experienced, reliable and able to work independently
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review construction drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review material, maintenance and contract costs
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare reports, contracts, budgets and risk assessments
- Advise management and clients on cost-saving and improvement strategies
- Order and monitor construction materials
- Record design changes and update project budgets
- Handle other QS-related duties as assigned
WORK ARRANGEMENT
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel for meetings or site-related matters. Specific arrangements will be determined by the employer.

- Performance-based bonuses, typically around 1 month’s salary or more, subject to performance and employer discretion
