CHEF DE PARTIE – HOT
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Diploma required.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field.
- Provides and maintains high-quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all banquet food, hot and cold.
- Responsible for overall banquet food operation to ensure quality and quantity.
- Responsible for cost control and menu planning along with the Executive Chef.
- Typically reports to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
- Preferably in a five-star property.
- Good spoken English and well-presented appearance required.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 08 hours duty / 6 days a week.
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
- Free Iqama + medical insurance provided by the company.
- 2-year renewable contract.
