Job Responsibilities
-
Prepare a variety of traditional Indian sweets and karam/snack items.

Handle the complete sweet and karam-making process.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Follow recipes and production standards accurately.

Manage food preparation and production efficiently.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/production area.
Candidate Requirements
-
Relevant Sweet & Karam making experience is mandatory.

Strong practical knowledge of traditional Indian sweets and karam/snacks.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
-
Candidates with only relevant experience will be considered.
