Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional fish filleting experience
- Salmon filleting experience strongly preferred
- Excellent professional knife skills
- Expert in cutting, cleaning, trimming & precise filleting
- Industrial fish-processing experience
- Fast and accurate with minimum meat wastage
- Documented work experience
- Communicative English
