KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Detailed understanding of HEMM components (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, undercarriage).

Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Ability to dismantle, repair, and reassemble major assemblies (e.g., excavators, dumpers, loaders, dozers, graders).
-
Familiarity with OEM manuals, safety standards, and maintenance schedules.
-
Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and field repairs.
-
Knowledge of spare parts management and workshop practices.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
-
Experience in mining, quarrying, or construction sector.
-
Exposure to brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, Zoomlion.

Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
