Job Responsibilities
-
Create and develop mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
-
Design sheet metal and structural components for manufacturing.
-
Prepare detailed drawings and production files.
-
Use AutoCAD for DXF import/export for fiber laser operations.
-
Use Tekla (basic level) for structural detailing.
-
Prepare cutting programs for fiber laser machines.
-
Support press brake operation and bending processes with proper design and bending data.
-
Read and understand technical drawings and technical specifications.
-
Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
Requirements
-
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, especially sheet metal design and structural design.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, mainly for DXF import/export for fiber laser operations.

Basic knowledge of Tekla.
-
Good knowledge of fiber laser operation, including preparation of cutting programs.

Good knowledge of press brake operation and bending processes.
-
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
-
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Relevant experience is preferred.
