Position: BRUNCH CHEF (FEMALE)

• Salary: 800 EURO

• Age Limit: Below 40 years

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Brunch / Breakfast Chef or similar.

• Good knowledge of breakfast and brunch cuisine.

• Good food presentation and portion control.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Culinary qualification is an advantage.

MAIN DUTIES

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes.

• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation.

• Control freshness, portions, and food waste.

• Support menu preparation and new dish ideas.

• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams.

• Monitor stock and report shortages.

• Follow food safety regulations.

WORKING HOURS

• Mainly: 07:00–15:00

• Other shifts may occasionally be 08:00–16:00 or 15:00–23:00, depending on operational needs.
