Job Requirements

Sufficient experience in the chimney cake and ice cream field.

Proven experience in baking traditional chimney cakes.

Ability to prepare, roll, and shape chimney cake dough manually or with light equipment.

Knowledge of dough fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.

Skill in using rotating baking grills or rollers.

Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

Ability to prepare various toppings and fillings, such as cinnamon sugar, chocolate, nuts, and cream.

Attention to presentation, texture, and baking timing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.

Must speak English.
