Job Title: Multiple Restaurant Positions Available – Dubai

Positions Available:

  1. Manager

    • Salary: 1500-2000 AED
    • Age: 22-40
    • Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, handle inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  2. South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)

    • Salary: 1400-1700 AED
    • Responsibilities: Prepare South Indian cuisine to a high standard, manage kitchen sections, ensure food quality, and adhere to hygiene standards.

  3. Captain

    • Salary: 1300-1600 AED
    • Responsibilities: Supervise waitstaff, assist with guest service, coordinate orders, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.

  4. Assistant Cook

    • Salary: 1200-1400 AED
    • Responsibilities: Assist head chefs, prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, and adhere to food safety standards.

  5. Coffee & Tea Maker

    • Salary: 1300-1500 AED
    • Age: 22-42
    • Responsibilities: Prepare various types of coffee and tea, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean, inviting counter area.

  6. Dosa Maker

    • Salary: 1300-1700 AED
    • Responsibilities: Prepare dosas and other South Indian breakfast items, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, and manage station cleanliness.

  7. Idly, Poori & Vada Maker

    • Salary: 1300-1500 AED
    • Responsibilities: Prepare idlies, pooris, and vadas to high standards, maintain food quality, and ensure cleanliness.

  8. Snacks Maker

    • Salary: 1400-1600 AED
    • Responsibilities: Prepare various snacks, maintain quality, ensure fresh ingredients, and keep the work area clean.

  9. Waiter

    • Salary: 1300-1500 AED
    • Age: 22-28
    • Responsibilities: Serve guests, take orders, assist in dining area maintenance, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

  10. Parcel Counter Staff

  • Salary: 1000-1300 AED
  • Responsibilities: Manage parcel orders, handle packing, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely order delivery.

Requirements for All Positions:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Working Hours: 11 hours daily.
