Available Positions & Salary (AED):

Restaurant Manager: 1600 – 2000 AED

CDP / South Indian Cook: 1300 – 1700 AED

Assistant Cook: 1200 – 1300 AED

Coffee and Tea Maker (Barista): 1300 – 1500 AED
-
Dosa Master: 1300 – 1500 AED
-
Waiter / Steward: 1200 – 1300 AED
-
Captain / Supervisor: 1400 – 1500 AED
Key Responsibilities
-
For Chefs & Cooks (CDP, Dosa Master, Asst. Cook): Prepare high-quality, authentic South Indian and vegetarian cuisine, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage food inventory, and ensure consistent taste and presentation.

For Restaurant Manager: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle administrative duties, and drive profitability.

For Service Staff (Waiter, Captain): Provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, manage tables, and maintain a clean dining area.

For Coffee & Tea Maker: Expertly prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role within a restaurant or hotel.

Age Limit: Must be between 22 to 42 years old.

Documents: Must possess a valid passport and relevant experience/education certificates.
