📋 JOB DETAILS & BENEFITS:
💰 Basic Salary: KWD 130
🍽️ Food Allowance: KWD 20
🎯 Target: 350 deliveries per month
💵 Performance Bonus: Earn 0.200 files per order for every delivery above 350
🏆 Total Salary: Up to KWD 150+ upon achieving monthly targets
📱 Mobile + SIM Card (Free Internet & Local Calls)
⛽ Petrol Card Provided
🏠 Accommodation with Basic Facilities
🪪 Residency, Visa, Insurance, Health Card & Driving License Assistance Provided
💼 Commission: As per company policy
🕒 WORKING CONDITIONS:
🕐 Working Hours: Minimum 12 hours daily (earn more through extra deliveries)
📅 Workdays: 29 days per month
📄 Contract Period: 3 years
🎟️ Joining Ticket: Candidate to purchase
🌴 Vacation: 45 days unpaid leave every 2 years

During the initial residence processing period (approx. 2–3 months), only KWD 20 monthly food allowance will be provided.
