We are hiring experienced professionals for HSE and Construction Engineering roles. This is a long-term opportunity under an employment visa with attractive salary packages and employer-provided facilities.
📌 AVAILABLE POSITIONS & SALARY
🔹 Senior HSE Engineer – USD 1,500
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience as HSE / OHS Engineer on large construction or infrastructure projects
Higher technical education in Occupational Safety or Engineering
3+ years managerial responsibility
Mandatory working knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
Strong on-site operational experience
In-depth understanding of occupational health & construction safety
Ability to lead HSE teams and coordinate site safety activities
English proficiency: B1 or higher
🔹 HSE Engineer – USD 1,000
Eligibility & Requirements:
Higher or specialized secondary education in Occupational Safety / Technical field
Minimum 2 years experience as HSE / OHS Engineer on construction projects
Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate mandatory
Knowledge of occupational health & construction safety standards
On-site operational experience
Ability to conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and inspections
English proficiency: B1 or higher
🔹 Construction Engineer – USD 1,200
Roles Available:
Section Chief
Site Supervisor
Foreman
Experience by Role:
Foreman: 2+ years
Site Supervisor: 5+ years
Section Chief: 7+ years
Eligibility & Skills:
Higher or specialized secondary education in Construction
Experience managing teams of 10 to 100 workers
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & project documents
Knowledge of construction methods and quality standards
Strong personnel and site management skills
Russian language proficiency is mandatory

Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
