REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years professional fish filleting experience
• Salmon filleting experience strongly preferred
• Excellent professional knife skills
• Expert in gutting, cleaning, trimming & precise filleting
• Industrial fish-processing experience
• Fast and accurate with minimum meat wastage
• Documented work experience
• Communicative English

WORKING VIDEO IS MANDATORY

Submit a clear video showing yourself actually filleting fish from start to finish. Skills will be assessed by an expert.
