Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500

Requirements & Job Description

• Diploma required.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field.
• Provides and maintains high-quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all banquet food, hot and cold.
• Responsible for overall banquet food operation to ensure quality and quantity.
• Responsible for cost control and menu planning along with the Executive Chef.
• Typically reports to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 08 hours duty / 6 days a week.
• Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
• Free Iqama + medical insurance provided by the company.
• 2-year renewable contract.
