DEMI CHEF – BAKERY

SALARY: SAR 2,000 – 3,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for receiving, storing and preparing any food items needed in kitchens.
• Preparation (mise en place) of all items as instructed by the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
• Cooking and plating of dishes in the assigned kitchen.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the menu, following department standards and recipes.
• Clean and maintain all equipment, countertops and shelves.
• Report any areas and equipment in need of a work order.
• Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma required.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field.
• Preferably in a five-star property.
• Good spoken English and well-presented appearance required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 08 hours duty / 6 days a week
• Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
• Free Iqama + medical insurance provided by the company
• 2-year renewable contract
