Age Limit: Below 30
Salary Range: $2,800 – $4,800
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Design and develop fabrication tools
Deliver technical designs for automatic machine solutions based on customized specifications
Support design, development, and improvement of semiconductor backend equipment
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Skilled in 3D AutoCAD
Strong technical and design capability in automation machinery
