Quantity Surveyor (QS)
(Must Have Singapore Experience)
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500 / month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monthly Off: 4 days
Job Scope / Responsibilities
Monthly project quantity settlement and project cost calculation
Prepare work done claims and submit progress claims
Communicate and coordinate with Main Contractor (MC) QS
Assist in cost control and variation claims
Prepare and review project documentation
Requirements
Must have relevant working experience in Singapore
Proficient in CAD operations
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, costing, and claims
