Fault Analyst (FA) Technician (Quality Control)
Salary Range: $1,400 – $2,000
(Based on experience)
Job Scope / Responsibilities
Report all quality issues to FA Supervisor / FA Engineer
Conduct 100% dimensional measurements and visual inspections
Accurately record and maintain inspection results
Ensure FA products meet customer specifications before goods acceptance
Collect inspection data for analysis by FA Supervisor / Engineer
Perform Incoming FA, In-Process FA, and Finished Goods FA inspections
Verify products are manufactured according to Process Routing, Technical Drawings, and Specifications
Confirm that programs and routings are updated and followed correctly
Requirements
Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in FA / Quality / Precision Engineering inspection preferred
Familiar with dimensional measuring instruments
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow SOPs
