Food, Beverage and Sales Manager – Job Description The Food, Beverage and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations while driving sales performance and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily food and beverage operations * Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue * Plan and promote events, banquets, and special functions * Design and update menus in line with market trends and customer preferences * Implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand visibility * Monitor service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction * Control budgets, costs, and inventory * Lead, train, and supervise staff * Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
