Assistant Rebar Worker / Assistant Steel Fixer
Salary: 69,000 RSD Per Month
Location:
Kovin and other construction sites within the Republic of Serbia
Working Hours:
Working schedule in accordance with Serbian labor law:
• Minimum 40 working hours per week
• Overtime paid according to applicable regulations
Accommodation provided by the employer
• Daily meals / food provided
• Complete work equipment and safety gear
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement bars
• Supporting steel fixing operations for foundations, columns, beams, staircases, and roof structures
• Assisting in reinforcement installation
• Supporting welding activities when necessary
• Assisting during concrete works
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace
• Following workplace health and safety standards
• Performing additional duties assigned by site supervisors
Previous construction experience preferred
• Experience in steel fixing or rebar work is an advantage
• Good physical condition for construction work
• Valid passport
• Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia
Contract Duration:
Fixed-term employment contract for 24 months
Period: 15 June 2026 – 14 June 2028
Planned Start Date:
Last week of June 2026
