CNC MACHINE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
PASS TYPE: NTS
POSITION: CNC Machine Repair & Maintenance Technician
SALARY
SGD $2,000 – $2,500+ / Month
Salary depends on experience, technical knowledge & skills.
ALLOWANCE: To Be Discussed
WORKING HOURS
-
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
-
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
-
Sunday: Rest Day
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Install, set up, and commission CNC machines.
-
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery.
-
Maintain CNC Lathe, Milling & Grinding Machines.
-
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults.
-
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
-
Conduct machine servicing and inspections.
-
Troubleshoot Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems.
-
Identify machine faults and carry out necessary repairs.
-
Handle ad-hoc maintenance and repair work.
-
Support overall CNC machine maintenance operations.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Mechanical / Electrical technical background.
-
Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems.
-
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
-
CNC machine maintenance experience is an advantage.
-
Strong troubleshooting & repair skills.
-
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn.

Good attitude & strong work discipline.
