Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 Years of Experience as CNC Setter-Operator (Milling / Turning)
• Knowledge of CNC Programming (Fanuc/Siemens Preferred)
• Ability to Read and Understand Technical Drawings
• Good Physical Fitness
• Age: 22–45 Years
• Basic English Communication

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up CNC Milling and Turning machines for new jobs
• Select and install tools, offsets, and input program parameters
• Perform test runs and ensure first-piece accuracy
• Optimize cycle times and tool paths
• Operate machines while maintaining consistent quality
• Coordinate with the production team and follow production schedules
