CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experienced candidates only.

Strong knowledge of tea and coffee preparation, varieties, brewing, and serving.

Must be able to prepare a variety of snacks and prata.

Must be able to work independently in the kitchen.

Restaurant or hotel kitchen experience preferred.
