JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Assist in producing mozzarella cheese, milk, yogurt and other dairy products.
-
Handle raw milk and dairy ingredients according to production requirements.
-
Assist with pasteurization, curd preparation, cutting, stretching and shaping mozzarella.
-
Operate dairy processing machinery and assist with packaging and labeling.
-
Monitor product quality and storage conditions.
-
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
-
Follow food safety, hygiene and production standards.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a dairy factory, preferably in Italy.
-
Experience in mozzarella or cheese production is highly preferred.
-
Good knowledge of dairy processing and food safety hygiene.
-
Ability to handle raw materials and operate dairy processing equipment.
-
Physically fit, hardworking and reliable.
-
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
-
Basic English communication skills preferred.
