Position: Japanese Cuisine Chef

Work Pass: NTS Age Limit: 20–50 Years

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,000

• Estimated Monthly Income: SGD 2,000

Working Hours

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday

• Duty Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM

• Break: Fixed 1.5-hour break

• Days Off: 4 days per month

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Japanese rice bowls (Donburi).

• Prepare sashimi and handle raw fish.

• Cook and prepare Japanese hot dishes.

• Plate and present dishes properly.

• Process and prepare kitchen ingredients.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

• Work as part of a small kitchen team of 2–3 staff.
