SALARY DETAILS

Basic Salary: $3,000 – $3,500

Estimated Gross Salary: $4,000 – $5,000

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Monthly Off Days: 6 Days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Diploma or higher in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant M&E engineering experience in the construction industry.

Experience in large-scale construction, commercial complexes, or residential projects preferred.

Familiar with local M&E design standards and construction codes.

Proficient in CAD.
-
Knowledge of BIM / Revit will be an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Coordinate mechanical and electrical works for construction and interior renovation projects.

Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Monitor site progress, installation quality, and technical requirements.
