Setter / Machine Operator cum Mastercam Programmer
Age Requirement: Candidates born between 1990 and 1997
IMPORTANT
Only candidates with relevant CNC Milling, machine setup, machine operation, and Mastercam programming experience will be considered.
Applicants with FANUC (or) HURCO Control and 3-Axis CNC Milling experience will be shortlisted.
Job Requirements
- Minimum relevant experience as a CNC Milling Setter / Operator.
- Hands-on experience with FANUC or HURCO Control is mandatory.
- Experienced in operating 3-Axis CNC Milling Machines.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Strong knowledge of tool selection, machine setup, and CNC machining processes.
- Experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and production.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,000 per month
(Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-Axis CNC Milling Machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and workpiece alignment.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure product quality.
- Read engineering drawings and manufacture components according to specifications.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
