QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Salary: SGD $3,000–$4,000/month
(Depending on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: 5 Days/Month + Public Holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review construction drawings and calculate quantities.
• Prepare project budgets, quotations and tender documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and comparison.
• Monitor and control project costs within budget.
• Handle on-site variation/change orders.
• Verify monthly progress claims and subcontractor invoices.
• Follow up on project settlements and payments.
• Maintain complete records of contracts, quotations and cost reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify completed work.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on cost-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have several years of relevant QS experience in Singapore.
• Experience in construction / interior decoration QS is required.
• Strong English communication, reading and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong calculation and analytical skills.
• Good price negotiation skills.
• Able to independently manage the complete project cost process.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, costing and quantity measurement.
