Experience & Qualification
-
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Steel, Welding, or a related trade preferred.
-
5–8 years of experience in structural steel erection.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Steel Erection Foreman / Supervisor.
-
Strong experience in supervising and coordinating steel erection activities.
-
GCC experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
-
Supervise and coordinate structural steel erection activities at construction sites.
-
Manage and guide erection crews, rigging teams, and helpers.
-
Interpret and work according to structural drawings and technical specifications.
-
Ensure proper installation, positioning, and alignment of steel structures.
-
Plan and monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment.
-
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other departments.
-
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, lifting gear, and materials.
-
Ensure all erection work is carried out safely and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Maintain required safety and quality standards throughout the project.
