HDB PROJECT EXPERIENCE: MANDATORY
AUTO CAD: Must be able to use AutoCAD
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Singapore HDB project experience – MANDATORY

Strong architectural coordination experience.

Must be able to use AutoCAD.

Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings.
-
Experience coordinating with M&E, structural and civil teams.
-
Able to coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
-
Good communication and site coordination skills.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
-
Singapore HDB project experience is mandatory.
-
Candidates without HDB project experience will NOT BE CONSIDERED.
-
AutoCAD knowledge is required for BOTH POSITIONS.
