- ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER ( Tech Services) : KD 600 – 700
B.E OR B.TECH in Mechanical Engineer with 8 + years’ Experience in Rotating Equipment package design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Has to review and finalize the design of Pumps, Compressors, Mechanical Seal, Dry Gas Seals etc. Experience in reviewing of Engineering documents & drawings including Pump Datasheet, Compressor Datasheets, Package Equipment Datasheet etc. Able to Prepare Design Specification, Material requisition, RFQ, TQ’s and TBE for the Rotating Equipment packages and familiar with relevant manufacturing processes and industry codes such as API 610, API 617, API 682, ANSI B73.1 etc.
- MECHANICAL ENGINEER (IN-LINE) : KD 600 – 700
B.E OR B.TECH in Mechanical Engineer with 8 + years Experience in Mechanical Construction works in Refinery, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. Preparing & finalizing isometric drawings, Piping MTO, Weld map, Hydro test package, etc. Exp in reviewing Isometric Drawings, handling Field Change and As Built documentation. Able to prepare design specification, material request, RFQ, TQs and TBE for all type of valves and inline items
- INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (Quality Control) : KD 300 – 550
B.E OR B.TECH in Instrumentation Engineer with 5 + years experience in instrumentation design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry. Experience in Reviewing and finalizing design of field instruments like gauges, transmitters, detectors, actuated valves, etc. and knowledge on Control Systems (DCS/ ESD/ PLC/ F&G. etc.,) is preferable. Experience in reviewing of Engg documents, drawings including P&ID, Instrument datasheets, JOB location plans, Cable & JB Schedules, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Installation Details, Process/ Pneumatic hook-ups, Interconnection diagrams, Loop diagrams, Fieldbus Segment diagrams, Logic diagrams, etc.
- INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR (Quality Control) : KD 325 – 500
Diploma in Electrical & Instrument Engineering with 5 + years’ experience in Capable to review contract documents & specifications of quality related activities. Able to prepare ITP, Test Procedure, etc., in line with relevant codes & standards and approved ITP. Inspection of Materials as per approved drawings and procedures. Involving various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements
- ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Quality Control) : KD 300 – 550
B.E OR B.TECH in Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 5 + years’ experience in review the Contract documents and specifications to understand the requirement of Quality related activities. Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Inspection and Test Procedure, etc., Good knowledge in relevant codes and standards. Capable to review Vendor’s Inspection and Test Plan, Factory Acceptance Test Procedure, Site Acceptance Test Procedure, Packing Procedure, Test reports’ compliance, etc., in line with relevant codes and standards. Inspection Coordination with Client, Vendor and Third party inspectors for all stages as per approved ITP. Involving various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements
- ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (Quality Control) : KD 320 – 500
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 5 + years’ experience in Maintenance Capable to review contract documents & specifications of quality related activities. Able to prepare ITP, Test Procedure, etc., in line with relevant codes & standards and approved ITP. Inspection of Materials as per approved drawings and procedures. Involving various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements. Good knowledge in Megger Test Procedure
