**Job Description**:

**General Requirements**:
– **Education**: High school diploma, technical diploma, or degree in relevant field.
– **Experience**: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a facility maintenance company is required. Gulf experience is preferred.
– **Age Limit**: Up to 42 years old.
– **Working Hours**: 9 hours per day plus overtime.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
– **BMS Operator**: Manage and operate Building Management Systems.
– **CCTV Technician**: Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems.
– **Civil Engineer**: Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
– **Electrical Engineer**: Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components.
– **Electrical Technician**: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
– **Fire Fighting Technician**: Install and maintain fire protection systems.
– **Mechanical Supervisor**: Supervise mechanical operations and maintenance.
– **MEP Supervisor**: Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
– **MEP Supervisor (Civil)**: Supervise civil aspects of MEP projects.
– **MEP Supervisor (HVAC)**: Manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
– **Soft Services Supervisor**: Supervise soft services such as cleaning, waste management, and landscaping.
– **STP Operator**: Operate and maintain sewage treatment plants.
