Education Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
2. BMS Operator
Salary: 2800 AED (Gross)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Gulf FM relevant experience.
Education Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electrical or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to alarms and system alerts promptly.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform necessary maintenance.
- Document system performance and maintenance activities.
- Work with maintenance and engineering teams to address any issues.
3. Multi Technician
Salary: 2901 AED (Gross)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Gulf FM relevant work experience as a Multi Technician (MEP), with 75% Mechanical and 25% Electrical & Plumbing experience.
Education Qualification: 2 Years ITI or 3 Year Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
4. HVAC Technician
Salary: 2401 AED (Gross)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Gulf FM relevant work experience in maintenance.

- Duty Hours: 11 hours + 1 hour lunch break
