We are urgently seeking experienced candidates for the following positions:

Project Manager (Civil)

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month

Project Engineer (Civil)

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 13,000 per month

MEP Coordinator
-
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 per month

Site Engineer (Civil)
-
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 per month

Civil Foreman
-
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities (Role-specific):
-
Project Manager (Civil): Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Engineer (Civil): Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities, including resource allocation and technical support.

MEP Coordinator: Manage the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with civil works.

Site Engineer (Civil): Supervise on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to designs and specifications, and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Civil Foreman: Lead and manage the on-site labor team, assign tasks, and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently according to project plans.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of Gulf experience (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) in the construction field is mandatory.

Proven experience in the construction of multi-storied buildings, warehouses, and/or villas.

Relevant academic degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (for engineering roles).

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
