Key Responsibilities
For Steel Fixer:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans for reinforcement (rebar) work.

Cut, bend, and install steel reinforcing bars (rebar) in foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.

Secure rebar using wire, clips, or welding equipment.

Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety standards.

Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
For Shuttering Carpenter:

Construct, erect, install, and dismantle wooden or metal forms (shutters) for concrete structures.

Interpret blueprints to determine the specifications and layout of formwork.

Ensure formwork is properly aligned, leveled, and braced to hold concrete.

Check forms for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.

Repair and maintain forms for repeated use.
Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Steel Fixer or Shuttering Carpenter.

Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform manual labor in a construction environment.

Documents: A valid passport is mandatory.

Notice Period: Candidates must be available for immediate departure.
Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 1200

Overtime Allowance: AED 200

Total Monthly Package: AED 1400

Working Hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime (OT)
