Chargehand (Mason / Steel Fixer / Shuttering Carpenter / Labour)
- Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans. Oversee masonry, steel fixing, shuttering carpentry, and labor-related tasks. Ensure work is performed safely and meets quality standards.
- Skills Required: Experience in supervising civil construction projects, knowledge of building/infrastructure processes, and the ability to manage workers effectively. GCC experience is an added advantage.

Mason (Block & Plaster / Concrete)
- Responsibilities: Perform masonry work, including laying blocks, plastering walls, and working with concrete. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to construction plans.
- Skills Required: Expertise in blockwork, plastering, and concrete work. Experience in civil construction and knowledge of safety protocols. GCC experience is preferred.

Steel Fixer
- Responsibilities: Cut, bend, and fix steel bars in place as per design drawings for concrete structures. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in reading construction drawings and working with steel reinforcements. Strong understanding of safety practices in steel fixing. Prior GCC experience is a plus.

Shuttering Carpenter
- Responsibilities: Build and assemble formwork for concrete structures, ensuring the formwork is stable, accurate, and meets project specifications. Work closely with the construction team to support concrete pouring activities.
- Skills Required: Skilled in carpentry work related to shuttering, with knowledge of construction blueprints and the ability to create accurate formwork. Experience in civil construction is required, with GCC experience being an added advantage.

Labour
- Responsibilities: Perform manual labor tasks, including site preparation, assisting skilled workers, and handling materials. Help in moving equipment, cleaning up job sites, and performing general construction work.
- Skills Required: Basic knowledge of construction work and the ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina and a willingness to work in challenging conditions. Experience in similar roles in GCC countries is beneficial.
General Requirements:
