Available Positions:

  1. Civil Supervisor

    • Salary: 3700 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Supervise civil maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Requirements:
      • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
      • Must be able to manage teams and handle multiple projects.

  2. MEP Supervisor

    • Salary: 3000 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works in residential or commercial buildings.
    • Requirements:
      • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP services.
      • Leadership skills are essential.

  3. Mechanical Technician

    • Salary: 2000 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Maintain and repair mechanical systems such as pumps and generators.
    • Requirements:
      • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
      • 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
      • Expertise in alignment tests, vibration tests, etc.

  4. HVAC Technician

    • Salary: 1700 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Handle installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.
    • Requirements:
      • Diploma in HVAC Technology.
      • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.

  5. Electrical Technician

    • Salary: 1500 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Perform electrical maintenance tasks in residential and substation environments.
    • Requirements:
      • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in residential or industrial electrical systems.

  6. Plumber

    • Salary: 1400 – 1500 + 300 QR (Food Allowance)
    • Job Description: Responsible for plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks in various buildings.
    • Requirements:
      • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in plumbing works.

General Requirements:

  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.
  • Working Hours: 09 hours (including 1-hour break), 6 days a week.
  • ECNR candidates only.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
  • GCC experience and facility management experience are preferred.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience as per the job roles.
