Job Title: Sr. HVAC Technicians, HVAC Technicians, Chiller Technicians, Sr. Electricians, and Electricians
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 2010-3000
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair in FM projects.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in chiller systems, including brands like Daikin, McQuay, Trane, Petra, Carrier, and York.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components in facility management projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gulf experience of 2-5 years in Facility Management (FM) is mandatory.
- ITI (2 years) or Diploma (3 years) in a relevant field is required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Job Benefits:
- Duty Hours: 12 hours (fixed salary).
