IT Officer – Job Description (Hotel) The IT Officer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel’s IT systems to ensure smooth and secure daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for hotel staff and systems * Maintain network infrastructure, hardware, and software * Manage hotel systems (PMS, POS, internet, and email) * Ensure data security and system backups * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly * Coordinate with external vendors when needed Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field * Experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality * Knowledge of networks, systems, and troubleshooting * Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
