COOK (INDIAN CUISINE)

Salary (SR): 1500–1800
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate should have Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
- Familiarity with food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, breads, snacks, and desserts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
