POSITION: BUTCHER

SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: SGD 2,000–2,500 per month
- Annual Leave: 10 days or more
- Salary Increment: Based on good performance
WORKING HOURS
- Wednesday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Monday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Tuesday: Fixed Rest Day
- Monthly Rest Days: 4 days
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Candidates must have hands-on experience in cutting and handling:
- Beef
- Pork
- Chicken
- Mutton
Important: Candidates must provide machine meat-cutting videos for assessment. Freshers will not be accepted.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous butcher/meat-cutting experience is mandatory.
- Experience cutting chicken, pork, beef and mutton preferred.
- Machine meat-cutting experience required.
- Machine meat-cutting video required for assessment.
- Physically fit and able to handle approximately 25 kg of frozen/refrigerated meat.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills and friendly service attitude.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates without relevant experience will not be accepted.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cutting, trimming and portioning meat.
- Operating meat-cutting machines.
- Packaging and preparing meat products.
- Cutting and handling chicken, pork, beef and mutton.
- Handling meat according to customer requirements.
- Replenishing refrigerated and frozen food supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Cleaning and maintaining meat-cutting equipment.
- Following food safety and hygiene standards.
