Experience & Qualification
-
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, or a related technical trade preferred.
-
5–8 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication.
-
Experience preferably in structural steel projects.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory position.
-
GCC experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
-
Supervise and coordinate steel fabrication activities.
-
Manage and guide fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow.
-
Ensure all fabrication work is completed safely and efficiently.
-
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
-
Coordinate fabrication activities and monitor work progress.
-
Ensure proper quality standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process.
-
Coordinate with workers and supervisors to complete assigned work within the required timeline.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
-
Check fabricated steel components for quality and accuracy before further processing or erection.
