Salary: SAR 2,000 – 3,000
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma required.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field.
- Responsible for receiving, storing and preparing any food items needed in kitchens.
- Preparation (mise en place) of all items as instructed by the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
- Cooking and plating of dishes in the assigned kitchen.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the menu, following department standards and recipes.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, countertops and shelves.
- Report any areas and equipment in need of a work order.
- Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as required.
- Preferably in a five-star property.
- Good spoken English and well-presented appearance required.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 08 hours duty / 6 days a week.
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
- Free Iqama + medical insurance provided by the company.
- 2-year renewable contract.
